Are you a security professional or do you want to become one? Are you interested in securing security-critical environments and investigating anomalies as part of a versatile CSOC (Cyber Security Operations Center) monitoring team? We are now looking for a new person for the T1 level Cyber Security Analyst position in our CSOC monitoring team. The task includes: - Monitoring security anomalies, countering threats, as well as documentation and reporting - Fixing, analyzing and making possible changes to security problems based on observations - Working in the CSOC team - Operating in the customer interface. The work is hybrid in nature, which means that some of the tasks can be performed remotely, but some of the tasks require occasional presence at our office in Helsinki or Riihimäki. In the beginning, the work is scheduled between 8 am and 6 pm. After the orientation period, work is done as part of the 24-hour rotating security monitoring operation in 12-hour shifts according to the cycle, also on weekends. You will receive continuous training and support for your professional development. In this position, you will become part of a relaxed and pleasant group of colleagues where everyone's contribution is appreciated. We trust that smart and capable people know what to do, so we don't breathe down employees' necks. A personal security clearance (Security Clearance Act 726/2014) will be carried out for the person selected for the position. Success in the position requires: - Experience in cybersecurity through work or studies - Interest in security products and current security issues - A burning desire to learn to master SIEM, XDR, and SOAR technologies - Understanding of threats targeting IT infrastructure and information systems - Desire to develop and be an important part of a growing expert organization - Analytical attitude, precision and teamwork skills - Fluent Finnish and English language skills - Ability to operate in the customer interface - Readiness for shift work We appreciate it if you have a hobby, e.g. through CTF competitions or if you possibly already know some SIEM technology. If Microsoft cloud products or OT networks are already familiar to you, that is also a plus.
