Machine Operator

Fluo Plastics Oy / Kesrec is a Finnish recycling company developing sustainable material utilization solutions. In this role, you will work with modern equipment and participate in important work promoting the circular economy and material reuse. We are seeking an experienced machine operator / mobile crusher operator for a permanent position at Fluo Plastics Oy / Kesrec in Kuortane. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the mobile crusher and performing various machine tasks related to material handling and recycling operations. The work includes moving and processing materials, as well as daily maintenance and monitoring of the machines. The primary place of work is in Kuortane, but the role also involves traveling to customer sites across Finland. The work is responsible and largely independent, so success in the role requires initiative, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operations even in changing situations. Although you often work independently, you will be supported by a skilled work community and modern equipment. The job involves traveling approximately 70 days per year, so willingness to travel and flexibility regarding working hours are important qualities. The work may occasionally include longer working days at customer sites.
