**Employment type:** permanent and full-time **Location:** Porkkalankatu 5, 00180 Helsinki **Application deadline:** 19.8.2026 Do you want to help customers identify AI opportunities in their business and build solutions from idea to implementation? adesso is now looking for an AI Engineer to join its expert team in Finland! **What will you be doing?** As an AI Engineer, you will work in diverse customer projects where you help clients identify new opportunities for utilizing AI and put them into practice. Projects may include, for example, planning AI roadmaps, defining use cases, and implementing solutions related to generative AI and machine learning. You will work closely with customers, adesso experts, and international stakeholders. You will also participate in customer discussions during the sales phase and provide your own perspective on how AI can be utilized in customers' businesses. You will join the Finnish Data & AI team, which includes data architects, integration experts, and analytics specialists. Additionally, you will have the support of the adesso Group's international AI and data expert network. **What kind of expert are we looking for?** We are looking for a professional enthusiastic about AI solutions who wants to combine technical expertise, understanding of customer business, and practical implementation in customer projects. You enjoy customer-facing work, can identify AI opportunities in business, and are able to turn ideas into practical implementations.
