Mehiläinen is seeking practical nurses, registered nurses, or final-year students for permanent positions in Pyhäjoki to support a client's full life in their own home! Gig work is also possible. Mehiläinen's disability services provide 24/7 care in clients' homes. In care circles, you focus on high-quality care for one client. The work includes traditional nursing, medication, supervision, and guidance. A rehabilitative approach is emphasized, working in good cooperation with the client and family. The work is three-shift work, but you can flexibly influence your shifts. It is excellent for students. You will receive a high-quality and individual orientation and have the opportunity to expand your expertise. Although the work is independent, you have colleagues, a team lead, and team manager Joanna for support. We expect from you: A degree or studies in social and health care. Practical nurse students 120 ECTS and nursing students 100/140 ECTS. For practical nurses, we require nursing and care specialization studies. Good Finnish language skills are necessary. We value valid LOVE permits, but you can complete them through us if needed. Salary according to the private social services collective agreement: Practical nurses G22 class 2460.27€ - 2785.40€ /month and hourly 15.09€/h - 17.09€/h + 9% holiday compensation. Registered nurses G24 class 2723.92€ - 2990.35€ /month and hourly 16.71€/h - 18.35€/h + 9% holiday compensation.
