We are looking for a Property Maintenance Worker for our client in Tampere! We are seeking a motivated and proactive property maintenance worker to be responsible for the daily maintenance and service tasks of properties in Tampere. In your role, you will ensure the functionality, safety, and comfort of the properties in cooperation with the rest of the maintenance team. Your duties include small maintenance and repair work, various periodic inspections, handling resident fault reports, and cleaning outdoor areas.
