We are looking for (SENIOR) DIGITAL ANALYSTS to join the Revenue Intelligence team in Finnair’s Digital Unit. In this role, you will ensure that data from our digital channels is captured efficiently, trusted, and turned into insights and value for the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define measurement needs, and ensure that adequate tracking, data pipelines, and analytics foundations are in place. Main Responsibilities Data & Insights Ensure digital channel data (web and app) is reliable, usable, and actionable for business and product decision-making. Analyze user behavior, funnels, and journeys across digital channels to identify improvement opportunities. Support continuous improvement by translating data into hypotheses, insights, and measurable outcomes. Analytics Infrastructure Develop and manage digital analytics and tag management solutions (e.g. GA4, GTM, server-side tracking) ensuring scalable, well-documented setups. Ensure data quality and privacy compliance across digital channels, including GDPR and consent frameworks. Implement and maintain tracking setups for advertising platforms and meta-search engines. Work together with analysts, scientists, and engineers within the team to ensure appropriate digital channel data is available on the data platform and efficiently utilized across use-cases. Stakeholder collaboration Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders in Digital, Product, Marketing, and other business teams to understand their goals and analytical needs. Translate business questions and requirements into tracking requirements, data models, and analytical solutions. Act as a bridge between Business, Digital development, and Data teams by aligning goals, definitions, and data usage across the organization. Our Expectations Several years of experience in web or digital analytics, preferably in product-led or commercial environments. Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and experimentation, including A/B testing. Solid understanding of privacy frameworks (GDPR, cookie consent rules) and tracking limitations in modern browsers and platforms. Excellent analytical skills combined with strong communication and collaboration abilities. Advanced knowledge of digital analytics and data tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and Looker Studio. Experience with modern data platforms and analytics tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Python, and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS). Experience with data modelling is a strong asset. Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, data).
