Content Producer for an Infrastructure Growth Company

We are looking for a content producer for a growing infrastructure company. GRK delivers demanding construction projects that are critical to the functioning of society. We are looking for a content producer to tell the stories of these projects, the people and the expertise in a way that supports business growth, sales, the needs of our other stakeholders and GRK’s visibility. In your work, you will produce content for websites, LinkedIn, Meta channels and other marketing needs, as well as our internal channels. You will create content particularly from the perspective of sales and leads, and support business units in customer and market communications. You will build visibility, strengthen the GRK brand and help explain why customers choose GRK for demanding projects. In this industry, ideas for content do not come from sitting at a desk, but from construction sites, investor meetings and listening to people. As a strongly growing company, we also develop GRK’s employer image together with the business and HR, and you will work on investor communications. You will succeed in the role if: - You have a genuine interest in learning more about infrastructure construction, energy and industry. - You are prepared to adapt your schedule to the needs of construction sites and to travel to our sites, which are widely spread across Finland, Sweden and Estonia. - You can turn technical matters into stories. - You are a curious and confident interviewer who can draw out stories even from the most taciturn site manager. - You know LinkedIn and Meta channels and understand B2B marketing. - You can use image-editing tools such as Photoshop or Canva, have a good visual eye and can produce image and video content yourself in addition to written content. - You understand the importance of websites in supporting sales, customer acquisition and recruitment. - You have the skills and willingness to track and report on the results of your work. - You recognise the communication needs of different stakeholder groups and know how to speak their language.
