Coordinate efforts with student health services, guardians, and possibly external actors. You should have good insight into curriculum goals and the school's pedagogical guidelines and be familiar with the support reform. You are organized and plan, coordinate, and prioritize work efficiently. You set and meet deadlines. You have good teamwork skills and work well with others. You have a positive and inclusive approach and a desire to build a safe and community-strengthening school environment together with staff, students, and guardians. We require teaching qualification in accordance with the regulation on qualification requirements for personnel in education (986/1998). The hired person must show a criminal record extract according to section 6, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Records Act. You are a clear and confident leader who functions as a positive role model. With structured work methods and firm routines, especially for students with problematic school attendance, you create stability and predictability. You are attentive to students' needs and adapt teaching according to the situation and conditions. Through an inspiring and coaching approach, you support both knowledge development and well-being.
