Coordinate efforts with student health services, guardians, and possibly external actors. You should have good insight into curriculum goals and the school's pedagogical guidelines and be familiar with the support reform. You are organized and plan, coordinate, and prioritize work efficiently. You set and meet deadlines. You have good teamwork skills and work well with others. You have a positive and inclusive approach and a desire to build a safe and community-strengthening school environment together with staff, students, and guardians. You have good social skills and enjoy working with children and youth. You are communicative and clear. You are able to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and give and receive constructive feedback. As a person, you are patient, creative, and open to new ideas and viewpoints. You are also flexible, as the school's activities change and the demands and wishes may vary depending on the assignment. You listen and are receptive to students' needs and adapt to the situation. We require teaching qualification in accordance with the regulation on qualification requirements for personnel in education (986/1998). The hired person must show a criminal record extract according to section 6, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Records Act. You are a clear and confident leader who functions as a positive role model. With structured work methods and firm routines, especially for students with problematic school attendance, you create stability and predictability. You are attentive to students' needs and adapt teaching according to the situation and conditions. Through an inspiring and coaching approach, you support both knowledge development and well-being. As a person, you are solution-oriented, empathetic, and persistent, with good teamwork skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
