We are looking for a Project Team Lead for Senop's Kangasala site to be responsible for the delivery project portfolio of Senop's Integration business. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall integration business projects and ensure, together with the project managers, the progress of the projects and the smoothness of the teamwork. Our integration projects include the manufacture, testing, and installation of various devices as part of a system platform. System platforms are typically containers or vehicles. In this position, you will act as a supervisor for the project team, which includes project managers, configuration management experts, and project coordinators. You support project managers in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects, maintain and report the overall picture of the projects (schedules, costs, risks) together with the project managers. You plan resourcing together with the business management and participate in the development of expertise. You will also work in the customer interface in an international environment, so we expect fluent English skills (other language skills are an advantage) and experience working in this environment is an advantage. You will work daily in cooperation with different stakeholders, so we expect good interaction and teamwork skills.
