About the role

We are looking for a SITE MANAGER FOR A SCHOOL SITE in the Helsinki area. Welcome to join our functional team where you will enjoy yourself! We are primarily looking for a full-time employee, but part-time hours can also be agreed upon. The site manager's duties include: - Opening / locking the property's doors - Moving furniture (e.g. carrying and arranging chairs before / after festive performances) - Key management - Close cooperation with teaching staff - Close cooperation with cleaning services and property maintenance - Maintenance of warehouses (supply orders, etc.) - Contact with maintenance staff and the building manager - Performing small property maintenance tasks with hand tools (*) - Making maintenance orders (*) Repair tasks include, for example, various furniture adjustments and repairs or, for example, hanging notice boards or similar on the wall, tightening screws in furniture, etc. Working time: Full working hours (37.5h/week) on weekdays, mainly from 7.30 to 15.30 (7.5h/day). Part-time work is also possible if the person so wishes. A couple of times a year, there is also a Saturday working day (e.g. spring holiday day). Salary: According to the property service sector collective agreement, salary class 3 (13.22€/h). Start of work: At the beginning of August Mainly you will work in one and the same school every day, but sometimes (e.g. in case of illness) a momentary change of site is also possible. All school sites are located along good transport links, also when moving by public transport. Success in the position requires: - Fluent Finnish language skills (written and oral, also on the phone) to ensure customer cooperation. - Working with children requires a certain clean criminal background. - Basic IT skills are a prerequisite for coping with the work. We value previous experience in similar tasks and customer service. However, we will carefully orient all selected persons to their tasks.
