We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team in Kempele! In this new role, you will participate diversely in daily financial administration tasks and grow with our rapidly developing organization. Your work consists especially of handling accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and other financial administration support tasks. Additionally, you will participate in developing daily financial processes and ensure that the financial daily routine runs smoothly. We use modern electronic financial systems. Flexible working hours, start between 7-9, workday length is 7.5 h. There is an opportunity for hybrid work, but we hope you enjoy being in the office to best integrate into the team and ensure comprehensive induction. The future Finance Assistant will join our finance team, which includes the CFO and several skilled colleagues. We have a youthful team and good community spirit, where we value cooperation, initiative, and the desire to learn new things. Work is full-time and permanent. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable person is found. The planned salary range for the position is €2400-3300/month. What do we seek in your toolbox? To succeed in the position, you have a suitable commercial education (e.g., merkonomi or tradenomi). Your studies may be nearing completion if you can work full-time. Previous experience in financial administration assistant roles helps you get up to speed quickly, but most important to us is a proactive attitude, fast learning ability, and a desire to develop as a financial professional! You use electronic financial systems naturally or learn new software quickly, and view the use of new digital ways of working positively. Since we operate in an international environment, you communicate fluently in English in addition to Finnish, both orally and in writing; Swedish skills are an advantage. Regardless of language, you are a good person and interact smoothly with different stakeholders. We especially value a precise and careful working style. You can grasp wholes, prioritize tasks even in a rush, and find solutions independently. You dare to ask for help when needed but strive to investigate things actively yourself.
