Job description: In this position, you will be responsible for the basic care of elderly people in their own homes, as well as medication management and daily support. The work also includes recording and monitoring patient information in the Domacare system. Shifts are mainly morning and evening shifts, and you can influence when and how often you work. At the start of employment, a few hours of orientation and the opportunity to complete medication permits in advance are provided. We hope for: * Degree as a Practical Nurse * Medication permits (or readiness to complete them) * Good interaction skills * Independent and responsible work approach * Class B driver's license (the work involves travel) The position requires vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act.
