Machinist to Oravainen We are seeking an experienced machinist for a permanent position in Oravainen for our client company. What is the role? In this role, you will work with diverse and demanding machining tasks and participate in the production of large-sized components. This position is suitable for you if you enjoy independent work and possess strong professional skills in machining. Our client operates as a contract manufacturing expert, producing high-quality metal components and integrated solutions for industrial needs. The work begins with a 6-month fixed-term contract through Carrot, after which there is an opportunity to become a permanent employee of the client company. Working hours are 40h/week, and we hope for readiness for 2-shift work. Work starts immediately upon finding a suitable person. Job description: Your duties include diverse machining, primarily with larger components. You are responsible for implementing machining work according to drawings and ensuring the quality of the work from start to finish. An independent working style is emphasized, as you will read and interpret technical drawings independently and program and operate machines with HEIDENHAIN control. You are precise and careful in your work and take responsibility for your output. You can work independently, with a partner, and as part of a team. We value initiative and a genuine interest in the work. We hope for: * Experience in machining work * Proficiency in HEIDENHAIN and/or Siemens programs * Experience in machining larger components * Good motivation and ability for independent work * Finnish language skills * CAM skills are considered an advantage Palkka määräytyy kokemuksesi ja osaamisesi mukaan, ja sijoittuu noin 15–22 €/h välille.
