Welcome to join us at Primary Healthcare Ward 1! We are looking for registered nurses for permanent employment contracts. We are establishing an 11-bed primary healthcare unit focusing primarily on palliative and end-of-life care patients. Your role as a registered nurse is to ensure high-quality symptom relief for patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. Close cooperation with the patient and their loved ones is a major part of the nurse's work in our unit, where good interaction skills are emphasized. The work involves three-shift rotations. WHAT DOES THE POSITION REQUIRE FROM YOU? - A legalized registered nurse degree according to Act 559/1994, either as a university of applied sciences degree or an equivalent college-level degree. - Registration in JulkiTerhikki (National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health). - A criminal record extract for those working with the elderly. - Fluent oral and written skills in Finnish. - Medication permits and demonstrations (completed at the start of employment). - A positive attitude and enthusiasm!
