The position combines a sales mindset with practical HR expertise, acting as a trusted partner to the client and ensuring smooth service from start to finish. Requirements include several years of experience in the staffing industry, being motivated and proactive, and excellent spoken and written Finnish. Experience with LikeIt and Pipedrive is a plus.
