Your tasks as an early childhood education childcare worker: As a childcare worker, you are an important part of the team that creates a safe, inspiring, and learning-supportive everyday life for children. You will participate in supporting children's growth, development, and learning together with the team, families, and the entire work community. At the core of your tasks are: - Implementation of pedagogy: You will participate in the planning and evaluation of high-quality early childhood education as part of the team, utilizing your own strengths. You will implement small-group and full-day pedagogy according to the Touhula Rhythm. - Responsibility for your own small group: You are responsible for the operations of your own small group and participate in pedagogical documentation and the preparation of children's early childhood education plans together with the team. - Caring for the learning environment: You ensure that the children's group learning environment is versatile, safe, and clean. - Positive customer experience: You build trust and open interaction with families. The final salary is determined by years of work experience and any task-specific or personal salary supplements. We expect from you: - Qualifications of an early childhood education childcare worker according to the Early Childhood Education Act. - Ability to build open and professional interaction with all stakeholders. - A responsible approach to work and the courage to try new methods, actively developing your own professional skills. - A criminal record extract and a certificate according to the Communicable Diseases Act, as required by law.
