We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for billing for our client in Kalasatama, Helsinki. Your duties include, among other things, customer service via phone and email, guidance related to invoices, manual billing, corrections of manual invoices, querying payment ceiling accumulations, calculating payment ceilings, creating payment agreements, shifting due dates, processing relief applications, and other customer service inquiries. The workplace is located on Tynnyrintekijänkatu in Kalasatama. This is a full-time position with work on weekdays, with the possibility of flexible hours between 7:00 and 19:00. The employment is fixed-term until the end of 2026, and work begins immediately upon finding a suitable person. Hourly wage: 20.89 €/h.
