Video and Audio Producer

Lead the creation of ambitious digital journalism as part of Aamulehti’s digital storytelling team. The Video and Audio Producer develops video content and podcasts in collaboration with a team including top local photographers, a visual producer, a social media editor, and a live producer. The role is a versatile journalism position with strong technical skills and an eye for marketing and reaching new audiences. Primary responsibilities include developing video and audio storytelling and concepts that appeal especially to a under-30 audience. You enjoy getting hands dirty, shooting, editing, and recording yourself, while also streamlining processes with tools such as AI. We expect solid technical expertise, journalistic insight, a bold willingness to experiment, and excellent collaboration skills. Be inspired by local news and eager to tell those stories to the Pirkanmaa audience. When the opportunity arises you may appear on camera as host or introduce a live segment. Since you will work with the entire newsroom, you will mostly be on-site at Tampere Finlayson. The position is permanent and starts as soon as possible. Applications close 26 August 2026.
