Lamor Recycling is looking for a Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Kilpilahd, Porvoo. In this role you will be part of the start-up phase of a new plastics chemical recycling plant and help build maintenance processes from the ground up. We offer a view into the operation and maintenance of a new plant, with opportunities to influence how maintenance, maintenance practices and reliability are built in practice. Reports to Plant Manager Minna Kivelä. Employment: permanent, full-time. Location: Kilpilahti, Porvoo. Start: as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate maintenance tasks with the operations organization and service providers.
- Develop plant reliability, preventive maintenance and maintenance practices based on operating experience.
- Monitor equipment condition, analyze disturbances and participate in root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Own maintenance documentation, work instructions, maintenance system data and spare parts management for the area.
- Ensure safe working methods, permit-to-work and lockout/ isolations procedures.
- Coordinate external maintenance contractors and ensure high-quality and safe execution of work.
- Collaborate closely with operations, technical experts, equipment suppliers and other stakeholders to solve technical problems and improve plant availability.
- Participate in technical development projects, modification works and deployment of new technology to improve reliability.
