Food Production Worker

Valio Oy Vantaa plant produces all of Valio's domestic processed cheeses, additionally in Vantaa, cheeses produced in Valio's other production plants are packaged and ripened. The plant employs over 100 people in various tasks. The plant has an FSSC certificate. Food production workers (several) for Vantaa for fixed-term employment Work starts by September 1, 2026. We are now looking for food production workers for processed cheese production and the packaging plant as well as for the packaging of grated cheeses at the Vantaa plant. Your handiwork is visible in Valio's high-quality, responsibly produced products. Depending on the tasks, the work is intermittent or continuous 2-shift work. Your duties include: - Acting according to the Valio production method by implementing the production plan - Status reporting of the responsibility area and entries into systems - Reacting to deviations, systematic problem solving and high-quality recording of deviations - Ensuring the smoothness of the process meeting delivery reliability, quality and food safety criteria - Close cooperation with stakeholders You are the person we are looking for if you have: - Readiness to do physical work - Good cooperation and interaction skills as well as a positive attitude and desire to work in a team and independently - Initiative and a responsible approach to work tasks - A firm attitude towards work and food safety - Basic IT skills We consider it an advantage if you have: - Hygiene passport - Experience from the food industry - Especially knowledge of the processed cheese process (not necessary for all tasks) Salary in the position is according to the SEL collective agreement.
