About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region to join our team. The majority of our team is located in Finland and Denmark while the final location for this position is in Germany (LEDiL Gmbh). We offer flexibility in location within the country to attract the best possible candidate. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be an essential contributor to LEDiL Group’s business success and will be responsible for selling LEDiL and Ingemann Components products in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Benelux region. You will collaborate closely with business development, product management, R&D, and operations colleagues across our global organization. Main responsibilities: Managing business in your region, delivering sales targets according to business plan and strategy Develop and support sales strategies following local market and competition to acquire new opportunities, sales, and customers Identify and capture major project and product opportunities and ensure effective support and handling within the LEDiL Group organization Support and communicate with agents on a daily basis, assisting in pricing, quotations, and negotiations to close deals successfully Manage, support and develop distribution. Manage a combination of distribution and direct sales, with a strong focus on ensuring the best fit Managing key accounts in the region Coach and educate distributors and customers on products, applications, technologies and sales processes Ensure effective usage of CRM and active follow-up of the sales funnel from opportunity to win Co-operation with product management, marketing, local agents and distributors, ensuring successful product launches and campaigns What do we expect from you? Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business administration, engineering/technology, or equivalent Experienced in selling lighting components or luminaires Experienced in managing direct and distributor technical saless Strong communication skills to all levels within the customer’s organization Fluency in both English and German. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet customers in person Strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM Ambitious and self-driven personality with strong initiative, good cooperation, and communication skills What do we offer? Responsibilities

  • Managing business in your region, delivering sales targets according to business plan and strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business administration, engineering/technology, or equivalent
  • Experience in selling lighting components or luminaires
  • Experience in managing direct and distributor technical sales
  • Strong communication skills to all levels within the customer’s organization
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet customers in person
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Ambitious and self-driven personality with strong initiative, good cooperation, and communication skills
