Excavator Operator

We are looking for a motivated excavator operator for our client's sites. The duties involve versatile infrastructure and earthworks where professionalism and careful workmanship are key. **The main focus in this excavator operator role is the construction of water infrastructure in urban areas, but the company also carries out drainage and courtyard renovations for housing companies.** Work is primarily performed with a smaller tracked machine, but it is an advantage if you have used both tracked and wheeled machines. We hope you already have a few years of experience as an excavator operator; however, the right attitude and motivation to develop as a machine operator are highly valued! **Sites are located mainly in the Helsinki and Espoo areas**, and having your own car facilitates travel to the sites. The work begins as a lease employment contract and lasts approximately 4-5 months. After this, it is possible to transition to the client company's payroll. Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 15:30. Start date is on a fast schedule as soon as a suitable person is found. Duties: - Versatile infrastructure and earthworks, especially regarding water infrastructure and housing company drainage and courtyard renovations We hope for: - Experience working with various excavators, such as tracked and wheeled machines - Some experience in the infrastructure sector and as a machine operator in ground construction and municipal engineering - A proactive and responsible approach to work, as well as the ability and desire to learn new things - Understanding of the overall construction site and the ability to operate seamlessly as part of a team and in cooperation with ground workers - Fluency in either Finnish, Estonian, or English - A safe working method that you do not compromise on, even when in a hurry - Valid occupational safety and Tieturva 1 cards We offer you: - A lease employment contract for approximately 4-5 months and the possibility of employment with the client company afterwards - Regular working hours mainly Mon-Fri 7:00-15:30 - A pleasant team around you - Work clothing and protective equipment - Salary according to the infrastructure sector's collective agreement (TES), experience, and skills, approximately €16-20/h. - Occupational health services available for the duration of your employment If you are looking for work as an excavator operator, **send your application today**!
