Job Details

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual project communication plan
Ensure compliance with partner graphic charters and visibility rules
Manage relations with national and local media
Write feature articles, press releases, and result sheets
Supervise creation of multimedia supports (photos, short videos, infographics)
Manage project social networks and update institutional web platforms
Design awareness tools adapted to local realities (image boxes, local language radio spots, forum theater)
Support awareness and information campaigns in provinces and communes
Train local government focal points in proximity communication techniques
Organize official ceremonies and workshops
Prepare press kits and speeches for project leadership

Requirements

Master's degree in information and communication sciences, journalism, public relations, social sciences or related field (OR Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience)
Excellent writing skills in French
Creativity and interpersonal skills
Experience with international organizations or large-scale development projects (preferred)
Experience conducting awareness campaigns in rural Chad (preferred)
Ability to simplify technical concepts for a general audience
Advanced professional social media management skills
Basic photography and framing skills
Proficiency in DTP software (Canva, Photoshop) and simple video editing (Capcut)
