About the role

Project Manager (Fixed-term) Project Manager – ICT projects Do you want to do meaningful work that combines technology and social impact? Do you have a track record of project management and the ability to push through even challenging ICT projects with customers? We are looking for a fixed-term project manager for the Solution Services Projects unit. In your position, you will lead customer projects in social and healthcare ICT environments. Projects include, among other things, system implementations and version updates, telecommunications and integration entities, and other project manager tasks related to operational development. The fixed-term period begins according to the agreement and ends on April 30, 2027. We expect strong experience in ICT project management and a technical background. You understand the overall ICT solutions and can discuss fluently with technical experts. Knowledge of the social and healthcare operating environment is an advantage, but above all, we value your ability to lead demanding ICT projects and combine the possibilities of technology with the customer's operational needs. You operate naturally in a multi-actor environment and keep control even in complex projects. You manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder cooperation, and communicate actively and clearly with customers, partners, and various actors within your own organization. You will succeed in the position if you have a collaborative and solution-oriented approach, the ability to make decisions in changing situations, and the skill to drive projects goal-orientedly to completion. We value project management certifications (e.g., IPMA, PMI / PMP, Prince2), as well as experience with ICT architecture frameworks and IT service management. You are supported by a competent project office and professional colleagues. There is a great community spirit in our work community. We are the first organization in Finland to achieve the IPMA Delta maturity level three certificate in project management. Due to the fixed-term nature of the position, we are looking for a ready-made doer who can roll up their sleeves and get to work on a very fast schedule.
