Reception Manager for Winter Season 2026–2027 - Kelo Resort Oy - Enontekiö, Finland

Kelo Resort is located in the Yli-Kyrö village in Enontekiö, (45 minutes from Levi), right next to one of Finland's largest national parks, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The area offers a peaceful and uncrowded environment – here you can still experience the magic of original Lapland. Kelo Resort will open on December 1, 2026, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional reception manager. As a reception manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the reception, the quality of customer service, and leading the reception team. You play a key role in building a first-class guest experience from reservation to departure. You will ensure smooth daily operations, develop procedures, and promote cooperation between different departments. You will succeed in this role if you have education and/or experience in the accommodation industry or in supervisory roles at the reception, have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, work systematically and manage the overall picture even in busy situations, have experience with reservation systems, preferably MEWS, and leading daily operational activities, are interested in developing operations and building something new together with the team, and have at least Finnish and English language skills (additional languages are considered an advantage).
