Reception Manager for Winter Season 2026–2027 - Kelo Resort Oy - Enontekis, Finland

Kelo Resort is located in the village of Yli-Kyrö in Enontekiö, (45 minutes from Levi), right on the edge of one of Finland's largest national parks, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The area offers a peaceful and uncrowded environment – here you can still experience the magic of the original Lapland. Kelo Resort will open its doors on December 1, 2026, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional reception manager. As a reception manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the reception, the quality of customer service, and leading the reception team. You play a key role in building a first-class guest experience from reservation to departure. You will ensure smooth daily operations, develop procedures, and promote cooperation between different departments. You will succeed in this role if you have education and/or experience in the accommodation or reception supervisory roles, have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, work systematically and keep track of the overall picture even in busy situations, have experience with reservation systems, preferably MEWS, and managing daily operations, are interested in developing operations and building something new together with the team, and have at least Finnish and English language skills (additional languages are considered an advantage).
