Smart Workers is seeking construction professionals for its client's sites in Hanko for short-term projects and gig-based renovation work. Tasks vary from project to project, including both a few days of contracting and longer periods. Accommodation is arranged if necessary. Tasks may include: * New construction tasks * Demolition work and small renovation sites * Door and window installations * Partial tasks in bathroom and kitchen renovations * Surface finishing and painting work * Tiling and waterproofing work * Floor installations * Renovation of balconies and structures * Property maintenance repairs and small construction works Projects are clearly defined and last from a few days to a few weeks. What do we expect from you? * Experience in construction tasks (those at the beginning of their career are also considered) * Motivation, reliability, and initiative * Proficiency in Finnish * A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential Construction industry remuneration is determined according to the Construction Industry Collective Agreement (TES): 12.24–19.34 €/h. The pay level is determined by your skills, experience, and the complexity of the project.
