The role combines operational quality assurance with process evaluation, documentation, continuous improvement and support for automation initiatives. Working closely with Product Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, the Product Operations QA Coordinator identifies quality trends, recommends process improvements, owns operational documentation and helps implement scalable QA solutions to improve operational efficiency, consistency and quality. The role acts as the custodian of Product Operations standards, ensuring processes are clearly documented, consistently followed and continuously improved. A taste of what you’ll do Perform quality checks on game releases, promotions, rewards, certifications and other Product Operations activities. Make sure all work is completed correctly and follows company procedures and regulatory requirements. Identify quality issues, operational risks and process gaps, recommending and supporting appropriate corrective actions. Review quality results and suggest ways to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency. Own the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Product Operations documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, work instructions, checklists and operational standards. Make sure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Support testing, release checks and audit activities. Prepare reports on QA performance and highlight any recurring issues or trends. Support the implementation and adoption of automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work and enhance quality assurance processes. Work closely with Product Operations, Compliance, Development, CRM, Customer Operations and other teams to maintain high quality standards. Help prepare training materials and support the onboarding of new team members. Take part in projects that improve Product Operations processes and ways of working. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities related to the role.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Quality Assurance, Product Operations or similar operational role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
