About the Team: The Content organization is responsible for identifying, creating, licensing and integrating best-in-class unstructured and structured data that is both self-sourced and from third party content providers. The Content teams report to the Chief Content Officer and have strategy, product management, content operations and support responsibilities for each Content vertical. We have been experiencing a rapid growth cycle across all content sets, including Events & Transcripts. We value and uphold transparency, trust and accountability in our relationships within the team and with external and internal stakeholders. Who You Are: 10+ years of experience in content strategy or operations related to financial data including at least 5 years of product management experience. Strong preference to candidates with specific experience in events & transcripts data curation. Expertise in investment research and analysis including first hand knowledge of transcripts usage in the investment industry Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset applicable in the data collection required to support new content sets and functionality A track record of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders effectively A demonstrated history of successful delivery of content and related functionality from initial requirements gathering to release using iterative/agile development methodologies A superior ability to set priorities, stay focused and meet deadlines. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with a database query language (e.g. SQL) Masters in Commerce or business degree with strong academic record. Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst certification a significant plus. What You’ll Do: Functional ownership of the Events & Transcripts content data pipeline overseeing key aspects of tool development to support content collection, production, and integration: defining and refining business requirements, sourcing, methodology, policies, and data integrity processes Refining collection and deduplication tools & techniques in close collaboration with engineering to understand and optimize costs, automation opportunities, and timelines for all aspects of implementation and the ongoing events & transcripts content operation Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews to assess progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth and development Contribute to the successful launch of events & transcripts content into the market, including contributing to the creation of announcements, marketing collateral, documentation, user training and internal training Serve as an escalation point for data integrity and methodology issues Track industry and competitive trends and deliver competitive intelligence to better evolve product vision and market positioning.
