We are now looking for a STORE MANAGER for the Synsam Kamppi optical store located in the heart of Helsinki to take overall responsibility for the store's sales, team and operational activities. What we hope for In the role of Store Manager, you will develop the store in accordance with Synsam's concept, give momentum to our unique Lifestyle contract sales, coach your team to utilize their strengths and act in customer service in a proactive and solution-oriented manner. You will guide, support and encourage your team as their direct supervisor and promote the store's sales and marketing together with the chain's sales and marketing management. Above all, successful performance of the task requires that you have a burning desire for a professional, expert and high-quality store manager's position. We hope that you have previously worked in the trade sector and bring experience from responsible supervisory positions. Knowledge of the optical field is a plus, but don't worry if you don't know the field yet – we will familiarize you! The work is full-time (37.5h/week) and working hours are according to the store's opening hours.
