The ideal candidate has knowledge of property maintenance and previous experience in the field. Interest and motivation for supervisory work and a desire to ensure the team's success are essential. The role involves customer service, requiring interpersonal skills and tact. A Class B driver's license and access to a personal car are required. Occupational safety, hot work, and EA1 cards are necessary, though they can be updated upon selection.
