This Enterprise Customer Success Manager role owns a portfolio of large accounts, partnering with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, expansion, and measurable outcomes that support renewals. What You'll Do - Own a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts end-to-end—from onboarding through renewal—with accountability for retention and net revenue expansion - Design rollout and enablement programs that drive fast value and broad adoption across large organizations - Lead QBRs/EBRs that connect impact to executives’ metrics and surface expansion opportunities - Build relationships across end users, champions, and executive sponsors to expand Scribe’s footprint - Collaborate with Expansion AEs to define growth strategies and coordinate hand-offs - Provide customer insight to inform product roadmap and enablement programs What We’re Looking For - 6+ years in Enterprise Customer Success at a SaaS/AI company with measurable impact on adoption, NRR, or customer satisfaction - Proven end-to-end ownership of large, complex accounts; can speak to what moved the needle - Fluent in technical/workflow conversations with power users and ROI discussions with VP/C-suite - Data-driven storytelling, risk identification, and executive influence - Ability to build processes from scratch and iterate when needed - Comfortable with up to 25% travel and in-person time Nice to Have - Direct Fortune 500/global enterprise experience at a high-growth SaaS company - Ownership of expansion and renewal metrics (NRR/GRR) - Product-led growth experience with usage-driven CS motion - Consulting or change-management background on large-scale transformations Location Fully remote. Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. Compensation $145K – $205K per year; equity included. Final offers depend on experience and scope.
