Solo Health is seeking psychiatrists, adolescent psychiatrists, and child psychiatrists to strengthen their medical team in the North Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county for a contract period starting in early March 2026 (with options for 2026–2028). The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team in the psychiatry specialty. Key responsibilities include outpatient clinic appointments, consultation work, medication monitoring, network work (e.g., with social services, schools, and families), and drafting reports and treatment plans. The position also includes participation in multidisciplinary working group meetings and, depending on the agreed division of labor, on-call or consultation duties. Work is primarily conducted on-site at the wellbeing services county's locations, although remote work possibilities can be agreed upon based on the needs of the task and unit. Working hours are generally on weekdays, with specific arrangements agreed upon per unit. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and the possibility of working as a professional practitioner is also offered. Terms of employment and salary are negotiable.

Requirements
- Qualification as a psychiatrist, adolescent psychiatrist, or child psychiatrist
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric specialist care or other psychiatric roles
- Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act
- Good oral and written Finnish language skills
- Good interaction and cooperation skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
