We are now looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Plant Engineering team within Plant Solution Delivery, Mineral Business Area. In this role you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the delivery of complex minerals processing plant projects around the world. You will be responsible for guiding engineering execution from project initiation through delivery, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with customers, project managers, partners, and suppliers while leading a team of Chief Engineers and Design Leads across multiple engineering disciplines. Your leadership and technical expertise will play a critical role in the successful execution of our projects and the continued development of Metso\'s industry-leading plant solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams (including Process, Plant, Mechanical, Piping, EIA and Civil & Structural Engineering) in global plant solution projects
- Take overall responsibility for engineering scope delivery, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk management
- Act as Deputy Project Manager when required
- Ensure project execution follows Metso\'s engineering and project delivery processes
- Support sales and proposal activities by defining engineering scopes, budgets, and execution strategies
- Contribute to development and continuous improvement of minerals processing plant solutions
- Serve as primary engineering interface toward customers and key project stakeholders
- Drive collaboration across global teams and partner organizations to achieve project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale engineering, EPCM, or industrial plant projects
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
