Claims Advisor

Swedish-speaking claims advisor for traffic or liability personal injuries. You will handle statutory motor vehicle liability and liability personal injury claims with a compassionate, customer‑centric approach. The role is largely independent with own area of responsibility, but you are not alone; you are part of a skilled and passionate team handling vehicle-related claims. We offer ongoing learning and a modern Espoo office with hybrid work as part of our daily routine. We expect you to have native-level Swedish or equivalent, experience with traffic or liability personal injury claims, empathetic and customer-focused service, proactive and organized work style with the ability to work independently, quick learning ability and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills in both Finnish and Swedish.
