Territory Customer Support Specialist Crop Care & Precision Tech (m/f/d) – John Deere Walldorf International Sales – Central Europe. Our new Crop Care & Precision Tech team will help customers and channel partners turn innovative products, connected machines and digital solutions into measurable agronomic, economic and operational outcomes. Your focus will be on developing and supporting our channel partners, strengthening their product support capabilities and improving customer satisfaction across Crop Care and Precision Technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with dealers, customers and internal John Deere stakeholders to resolve product and performance issues, deliver impactful training, support customer adoption and ensure that our Crop Care and Precision Tech solutions perform successfully in the field. Salary details: annual starting salary between 84 907 and 106 134 EUR; full-time. Responsibilities include developing channel partners’ product support capabilities, delivering product technical training, resolving product and performance issues, supporting dealer locations through travel, driving customer adoption of Precision Tech, collaborating with production systems and product management, and continuously improving support processes. Skills needed include understanding customers’ economic and agronomic challenges, passion for precision technologies and digital agriculture, experience in agriculture and related support functions, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, English fluency, and willingness to travel to dealer locations and customers. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in agriculture or related fields. This exempt position is based in Walldorf with flexibility to other home units.
