Technical Information Specialist
As a Technical Information Specialist for the Enterprise Technical Information Development (ETID) organization located in East Moline, IL, you will provide technical leadership in the development of operation, repair, and diagnostic service information by collaborating with stakeholders and defining content requirements supporting Seeding & Planter products. Additionally, you will: Lead and contribute to innovation & strategy initiatives supporting standards, automations, and advanced diagnostic solutions Work in partnership with product engineering and customer support representatives to identify and define solutions improving product troubleshooting pain-points, technician efficiency, and customer up time Provide work direction, mentoring, and training to local, remote, or contract authoring center(s) as necessary
