We are looking for an instructor for the Atala group home in Tampere! Atala Group Home as a workplace Atala Group Home provides a home for 8 people on the autism spectrum with intellectual disabilities. Our clients require diverse and strong support around the clock. The instructor's work is three-shift work (morning, evening, and night shifts). Your duties include, among other things, planning and guiding the daily activities of residents, implementing medication treatment, care and nursing, reporting and recording, maintaining professional skills, and developing the operation and the work unit. For the instructor position, we require a vocational qualification in the social or health field (practical nurse) and registration with the License and Supervision Authority. The instructor's monthly salary is G22 (2488.67 - 2813.80 € until 31.8, after which a general increase). In addition to the basic salary, we pay the TES shift premiums. In an employment relationship lasting over 6 months, there is a possibility of a personal supplement, which is evaluated according to Autismisäätiö's evaluation criteria. Interested?
