We are seeking a fast-moving and initiative-taking building caretaker for versatile building maintenance tasks for our client. In this role you will take care of the daily operation and general upkeep of properties as well as performing varied maintenance and upkeep work. Responsibilities include daily building care and maintenance tasks, upkeep of outdoor areas and cleanliness, minor repair and maintenance tasks, replacement of filters and other routine maintenance, reading meters and reporting, and other tasks related to building upkeep. Requirements include a proactive and independent work approach, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, interest in practical maintenance tasks, and a category B driving license. Nice to have: prior experience in building maintenance or similar tasks, technical skills and experience with minor repair work, and experience with machinery or equipment used in building maintenance.
