We are looking for a competent and development-oriented Assistant Principal to be responsible for the smooth daily operations of education, the development of pedagogical activities, and the management of key processes in vocational education. The employment contract is permanent. Start date from 1.10.2026 or as agreed. As Assistant Principal, your duties include pedagogical leadership together with the Principal, acting as a supervisor for teachers, and deputizing for the Principal. Additionally, you will work on development-related tasks, being responsible for the preparation, coordination, and administration of education-related projects. Your duties may include teaching according to your area of expertise. In the role of Assistant Principal, you will develop the implementation of vocational education and your area of responsibility together with the Principal and other teaching staff. Your job description includes the planning and preparation of education implementations in your areas of responsibility within the student management system, as well as the preparation of teachers' annual work plans. As Assistant Principal, you will participate in staff orientation, possible substitute arrangements, and, if necessary, staff recruitment. Together with the Principal, the Assistant Principal ensures that the area of responsibility stays within the budget and operational plan. Requirements: - Strong pedagogical expertise and understanding of learning processes - Higher university degree, pedagogical qualification, and a degree in educational administration - Experience in supervisory work and the ability to act as a deputy for the Principal - Understanding of vocational education funding and legislation - Strong digital skills and interest in developing operations and practices, e.g., utilizing artificial intelligence.
