We are a growing personnel company in the staffing sector, focused on sustainable working life for employees and employers. Our headquarters are in Tampere, and we operate across several regions in Finland. We are currently seeking for our clients HITSAREITA for the Kanta-Häme region who can perform TIG and MIG welding. The role involves welding of TIG- and MIG-welds on steel structures. Daily work centers on material thicknesses of 3–10 mm and the majority of material is black steel (~95%), with a smaller amount of special alloys that may require a slightly different approach. Requirements include TIG and MIG welding skills, ability to read and interpret drawings, precision and careful work ethic, teamwork and initiative, valid occupational safety card and hot-work permit, willingness to work shifts, and having a own car to access the workplace. Nice-to-have: welding classes. Salary is based on skill and experience and falls between €15 and €19 per hour. The temporary employment contract offers full-time hours initially, with the possibility of direct employment with the client afterwards.
