**Industrial Painter – LP-Group Kangasniemi Oy, Kangasniemi** **Do you want to see your own handiwork in high-quality metal products?** We are looking for an industrial painter for a permanent position at LP-Group's Kangasniemi unit. In this role, you will work in a modern industrial environment with versatile surface treatment tasks. This job is for you if you enjoy precision, value high-quality workmanship, and want to be part of a professional production team. **Your workday** Your workday consists of versatile surface treatment and wet painting of metal parts. You will be responsible for the pretreatment of parts, painting, and ensuring the quality of the work. If necessary, you will also participate in other surface treatment and production tasks. The work requires diligence, a precise approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The work is partially physical, and a high-quality end result is achieved through careful execution. The work format is a two-shift system. The employment follows the collective agreement for employees in the technology industry. **What we expect from you** - Experience in wet painting, industrial painting, or surface treatment - Understanding of surface treatment processes - A diligent and precise approach to work - A positive attitude and a desire to produce high-quality work - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Finnish or English - Education in surface treatment or other suitable technical training is considered an advantage - Experience with, for example, sandblasting, shot blasting, or other pretreatment methods is an advantage - Forklift driving skills and a valid occupational safety card are considered an advantage **What we offer you** We offer the opportunity to work in a financially stable Finnish industrial company where expertise is valued and operations are continuously developed.
