Staffpoint is seeking a RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER for Lapland Hotels Riekonlinna in Saariselkä for the 2026-2027 winter season. Work begins on November 5, 2026, and is estimated to last until mid-April 2027. Full working hours are available: 112.5h / 3 weeks. The employment contract is concluded between the employee and Staffpoint. The Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. We are looking for a reliable supervisor with a passion for Lapland, genuine service skills, and the right attitude and interest in daily management. Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant is a strong advantage. Interest in food, beverages, and atmosphere management is also important.
