The positions are shared roles within the Prime Minister's Office, located in the information management unit of the IT sector. The fixed-term nature is based on the nature of the work (document management development project). Project managers will work in the document management development project. The project involves renewing the document management system and its integrations used by the Government and its ministries. Project phases include procurement, system construction, data migration to the new system, system deployment, and the implementation of necessary operational changes across the entire Government by the end of 2028. The goal is to enable uniform document management in all ministries using modern and user-friendly tools. Project managers report to the project director and are responsible for their own project's: - management from the initiation phase to project closure - management of schedule, costs, risks, and changes - guidance and coordination of suppliers and stakeholders - status and final reporting One of the project managers will be responsible for the information management project, which produces solutions for document management, information steering, and archiving, and the other project manager will be responsible for producing the user interface solution for preparers and management, as well as planning and implementing the deployment of the system entity.
