Construction Assistant

Construction Assistant to Säkylä AUTUMN 2026 We are looking for a brisk and motivated construction assistant for versatile auxiliary tasks at a construction site in Säkylä for our client. This position is suitable for you if you enjoy practical work, are not afraid of physical labor, and want to gain experience in the construction industry. The start date is flexible by agreement. Work is focused on autumn 2026, but for the right candidate, starting earlier during the summer may be possible. What does the work involve? Tasks vary according to the needs of the site and may include, for example: * Carrying and moving construction materials. * Clearing and debris removal. * Maintaining general cleanliness of the site. * Assisting experienced construction professionals. * Other auxiliary site tasks according to your skills. The work is versatile and physically demanding, allowing you to become part of a site team and get acquainted with practical construction tasks. Previous experience or studies in the construction field are considered an advantage but are not mandatory. The most important things for us are a good attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn new things. What do we expect from you? * Legal age (18+). * A good attitude and initiative. * Enjoyment of physical work. * A valid occupational safety card issued by the Occupational Safety Centre. * Access to a private car.
