**Come work as a Substitute/On-call Worker at Family Group Home Mathilda in Jyväskylä.** **Family Group Home Mathilda consists of two home-like 7-place residential units. The Pihla and Kaisla units serve as homes for young people with residence permits who have arrived in Finland without a guardian. The units are located near Nova Hospital, three kilometers from the center of Jyväskylä, and are easily accessible by public transport.** **As a Substitute/On-call Worker at Mathilda, you will be part of our multi-professional shift-working team, whose task is to support the daily lives and integration of children/youth in cooperation with support networks.** **A multi-professional team of 15 people and several professionals as substitutes/on-call workers work at Family Group Home Mathilda. Work at the family group home is primarily conducted in three shifts.** **Start date: Immediately or by agreement.** **What we expect from you** **· A degree from a university or university of applied sciences in social services, health, or education, or you are in the final stages of your studies** **· Experience in child welfare services and/or multicultural work** **· Ability for multi-channel interaction and good communication skills** **· The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract before accepting the position (Act on the Supervision of Social Welfare and Health Care)** **What we offer you** **· Regular on-call shifts and/or substitutions as needed at Mathilda** **· The opportunity to work under the same framework agreement at our Youth Home Mäntylinna, which provides demanding-level child welfare services and is also located in Kukkumäki** **· Good orientation and the support of an encouraging team** **· Free parking for your own car in the Mathilda yard** **Remuneration follows the collective agreement for the private social sector.
