We are currently seeking a foreman for our client Algol Technics Oy in Lahti for a full-time, permanent position. The role is particularly suited for you if you already have experience in supervision and industrial maintenance. If you have a strong maintenance background and wish to take your first step into a supervisory role, the position can also be structured as a working foreman. Job Description In your work, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of Algol Technics' maintenance team in the Lahti region. You will lead and coordinate maintenance work and ensure that service and repair tasks progress according to plan without compromising safety, quality, or schedules. Your daily work includes organizing tasks, planning resources, coordinating installers' work, and monitoring the progress of maintenance. You will also handle spare parts management and act actively as a contact person for customers. In this role, you will serve as an important link between the customer and the installers. You will keep the overall process under control, anticipate future work phases, and ensure that the maintenance team's daily routine functions smoothly. If the role is structured as a working foreman, you will participate in maintenance and service work in addition to supervision, such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and order/modification work. Your primary workstation is located at the Hartwall factory in Lahti, but tasks will also be performed at other customer sites in the region as needed. Your working hours are weekdays on the day shift from 7:00 to 15:30. The employment follows the Technology Industries collective agreement applicable to the position, and the salary is negotiable based on the selected person's experience and expertise.
