This is a permanent, full-time position. As a property manager you will be a trusted expert partner for residents’ housing companies and real estate associations in the Oulu region. You will handle client company administration, prepare meetings, and ensure decisions are put into practice. In this role you will anticipate client needs, resolve everyday situations, and ensure that housing associations operate smoothly and professionally. You will not work alone: you will be supported by your supervisor, our large, highly skilled local team, customer service, bookkeepers, and technical property managers. The background that helps you succeed includes experience in property management and completion of the property manager professional qualification. Other related education and qualifications and a willingness to develop your skills are also valued. Key strengths include strong administrative and technical understanding of housing association life, ability to grasp housing economies, proficient IT skills, and willingness to learn new systems; experience with Hausvise and Dynamics is a clear advantage as Rettalla we work effectively with these systems.
