Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers, specifically as the liaison for the Los Angeles Police Department
- Manage project planning, technical execution, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities
- Translate customer requirements to agile product and technical teams to drive development
- Establish and maintain relationships with Law Enforcement customers
- Inform business and program leaders regarding contract management risks and opportunities
- Provide general support for go-to-market and business activities
Requirements
- Experience as a customer-facing professional services or program manager, preferably for law enforcement agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing new technology and agile development
- Experience implementing internal business systems and controls for large scale Law Enforcement projects
- Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and related software development
- Experience in Law Enforcement/Federal Program Management including Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning
- Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
- FAA Part 107 certification encouraged (required for certain positions)
